Our wineries in Anguix
At Bodega Valtoñar, located in Anguix (Burgos), we offer you a winery that produces quality wines in-house. Our wineries have a production area where cleanliness is paramount, and our machinery is made of stainless steel to preserve the product's properties.
At Bodega Valtoñar, we also have an aging area with capacity for 300 barrels and 40,000 bottles. We also have a tasting room where we can analyze the development of our wines and ensure they offer the quality necessary for release to the market.
If you'd like to purchase our wines, you can do so in our winery store, where you can purchase products at winery prices. It's also worth noting that you can enjoy typical Ribera cuisine in our dining rooms, located in an incomparable setting.

Vineyards in Anguix
We inform you that Anguix is a municipality known for its numerous vineyards and wineries in the Ribera del Duero region. In our case, the vineyards in Anguix that we cultivate daily are located on the Cuesta Manvirgo, a benchmark for quality in this Designation of Origin. The vineyards cover a total of 25 hectares and are fully dedicated to producing wines and cavas from different varieties, such as Tempranillo, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
